"SYBIL" 24-Hour Voice Response Telephone System

With "SYBIL" you can access your account information 24 hours a day. You can check balances, transfer funds between share and draft accounts, verify a draft number, or check your transaction history from the convenience of your touch tone phone. (WE HAVE PRINTED DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.)

TO ACCESS SYBIL, CALL (765) 459-3175, OR TOLL FREE 1-800-459-3175

Enter your account number, then press the (#) sign. Enter your password, then press the (#) sign. You must push the (#) sign after each entry. If you make a mistake, press the (*) button and begin again.

SYBIL will then give you five options from which to choose:

Press (1) to end the phone call
Press (2) for Share Information
Press (3) for Loan Information
Press (4) to change your Secret Access Code
Press (5) for Credit Union Hours
Follow the instructions for each one of the above five options.

To end the phone call press (1). If (1) is not entered the computer will wait for three minutes to hear a response. This delays the use of SYBIL for other members.

JUST A REMINDER..........You must contact the Credit Union before using SYBIL for the first time in order to set up and activate your Secret Access Code.
