City of Firsts Community FCU is owned and operated by over 3,000 members. If you are considering other financial institutions but want to join a sound and friendly credit union, please complete the online membership form (see below ) or stop in the credit union during business hours.
How Do You Join?
To join City of Firsts Community FCU, you must first open a regular savings account with a deposit of just $5.00, and then you're eligible to take advantage of all the services offered by City of Firsts Community Federal Credit Union even if you change jobs or move away. That way, you and your family members can continue to enjoy the benefits of Credit Union membership. Once a Member, Always a Member!
Family Membership
You are qualified if your family is already a member - regardless of your location (zip code). Family and household members of primary potential members can join even if the primary potential member does not join. Family is defined as a spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, or grandchild. It also includes step and adoptive relationships. A household lives in the same residence and maintains a single economic unit.
Important Membership Information
City of Firsts Community Federal Credit Union is not-for-profit and owned by its members and is Federally Insured by the National Credit Union Association (NCUA). Joining the credit union requires opening a savings account with a minimum balance of $5.00. Once you become a member, you are always a member, as long as you remain in good standing and maintain an active $5.00 savings account.

To help fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account, including joint owners. When you open an account, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.
